LogBeatz is an online marketplace operated by DISTRICT AVENUE 110 (TIN 157030057), Kigali, Rwanda, where producers sell beat licenses and studio services and artists buy them. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy or sell on LogBeatz.
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person or studio per account. Don't pretend to be another artist, producer or brand.
Selling beats (producers)
- Only upload beats you made yourself or have full rights to sell, including any samples.
- Previews should carry your voice tag. Full files and stems must match what you describe.
- You set your own prices. Each sale is a license under our beat license agreement.
- LogBeatz keeps a commission on each beat sale (shown in your Sales tab) and pays you the rest by MTN MoMo or another method we agree on.
- When you sell an Exclusive license, you stop selling that beat anywhere else.
Buying beats (artists)
- Payments are made with MTN MoMo. Your files unlock once MTN confirms the payment.
- What you may do with a beat depends on the license you bought. Read the license agreement before buying.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Production bookings
Booking requests connect artists with producers. The final price, schedule and delivery of a booked production are agreed directly between the artist and the producer. LogBeatz records the request and its status but is not a party to that agreement unless a payment for it is made through the site.
Content we remove
We may hide beats, pages or accounts that copy other people's work, contain hate or harassment, are spam, or break these terms. If you believe a beat uses your work without permission, email contact@logbeatz.com with details and we will review it quickly.
Our responsibility
We work to keep LogBeatz available and files safe, but the site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for disputes between artists and producers beyond helping resolve them in good faith, or for losses caused by events outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect.
