This policy explains what information LogBeatz keeps about you, why, and who can see it. LogBeatz is operated by DISTRICT AVENUE 110 (TIN 157030057), Kigali, Rwanda, which is responsible for your data.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely stored password.
- Your public page: name, page address, city, bio, genres, photo and any public contact you add. Everyone can see these.
- Beats and files you upload. Covers and previews are public; full files and stems are private.
- Orders and bookings: what you bought or booked, prices, messages, and the phone number you give for that order.
- Payments: the MoMo phone number used, amount and MTN's transaction reference. We never see or store your MoMo PIN.
Who can see what
- An order or booking is visible only to the artist who made it, the producer it was sent to, and LogBeatz administrators.
- Full beat files are only available to the producer who uploaded them and to buyers whose payment was confirmed.
- We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Services we rely on
- Supabase stores accounts, data and files.
- MTN Mobile Money processes payments.
- Zoho Mail handles email you send to us.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your choices
- Edit your public page at any time from your dashboard.
- Ask us to delete your account. We remove your page and files, but keep order and payment records as long as the law requires.
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
